Beginning in the late 1970s and into the 1980s, the intensity of these campaigns have led to them, and the competition in general, being known as the cola wars. In 1975, Pepsi began showing advertisements based on the Pepsi Challenge, in which ordinary people were asked which product they preferred in blind taste tests. -Wikipedia Mickey Mouse vs. Bugs Bunny (Animation Mascots) Mickey Mouse is an animation icon who saw the light of day in the late 1920s, and its arguably the most iconic character in animation history. Both Disneys and Warner Bros.s mascots have appeared in multiple, highly-acclaimed short films, as well as some featured films throughout the years. But, whos the best mascot? Its up to you to decide. -Advokaiser Spider-Man vs. Venom (Spider-Man) Spider-Mans the most popular superhero from Marvel, without a doubt. Throughout the years, Spidey has fought multiple enemies and menaces in his comic-books, movies, and videogames; but no other has matched the recurring danger, strength, and sarcastic humor of Eddie Brocks evil alter-ego, Venom. Is there a more powerful foe out there for Spidey to fight against? Well, only Carnage, but hes not that cool -Advokaiser Marvel vs. DC (Comics) What would the world of superheroes be nowadays if none of these companies existed? There probably wouldnt be any hero or villain worthy to remember, or even anyone at all.
