If presented information in such a way that they can claim they have already been working toward a recommended goal their future actions can be guided in that direction. They'll just want to take credit for it and act like it was their idea all along. Where as B) would have trouble retaining any information about the Coronavirus since it's too new of a concept for them. Their future actions can't be guided toward a goal because they don't know what's going on, they don't know where they are, occasionally they don't know their own name. At first, I could work any heavies, including C-130 which are like everywhere. So if I got that one, I would have been going on TDYs and deployments all the time. And PCSing like every couple of years. Instead, I got stuck on an aircraft that's at less than 5 bases, and all of them suck. But it doesn't even matter because leaving the base was nearly impossible for most of the people working on the jet. And everybody got stuck. And nobody is staying in. Technically, I can now move since I'm reserve, but that wouldn't be beneficial at this stage... blu posted... Also, arent you into dudes? I believe I heard that on here but wasnt sure.
