So you guys condone a hate crime only if it's directed towards a white guy for saying a very specific slur. So they could have called him any other slur in the book and it wouldn't be okay? You guys are flat out wrong and you know it.

The point is, white people haven't had a system of institutional racism rigged against them for centuries, and thus slurs used towards them don't hold the same historical, emotional weight.

If someone says they are going to do something horrible to you, your family and friends and / or your possessions in a legitimate threatening manner, it could very well happen and there are no other witnesses and you don't have any proof to show police, are you just going to let them walk away knowing they are thinking that and will act on it, or confront them about it, knowing it could escalate?

It's pretty clear you're defending the assault either way under the guise of the guy being a "racist", because the child molester that beat him said he was.

There's no proof the employee said the N word. You can even hear him say "why did you do that?" after he got sucker punched. Regardless, the "n" word is not justification for viciously assaulting someone.
