Clem actually developed quite nicely over the course of 4 games as a character and they didn't make her intentionally ugly for woke points(not that i find her fapable but at least she keeps her feminity and actually looks like what i would realistically expect a girl who goes through that situation would look like. A nice balance id say)plus they handled her possible homosexuality much better then ellies(granted it was a player choice and you can still end up with the black guy instead and have her not be gay)

Even though I knew it was coming I have no urge to continue. I saw the entire scene before hand. Full scene a few days ago. The leak when it happened. I still decided to get the game because I wanted to experience the full game on my own and if I hated it at least I could say I actually played it. But damn. The way life is right now I need stuff that is uplifting. Maybe in a few days or weeks I will pick the game up again but yeah...idk. Back to Persona 5 Royal. Sigh.

How you chose to feel about a character is entirely up to you. She was written to let you make that choice. Maybe you chose to hate her, maybe you chose to love her. The writers want you to make your own mind up about a character, they didn't "forcefeed" us anything. They told the story they wanted to tell, one that deliberately left things open to your interpretation.

you know honestly though after reading all this i went from like a 10% chance i'll buy TLOU2 to maybe like a 25% chance, i love dumpster fires like this and i want to get involved more and that requires playing the game

This whole thing is hilarious and makes me glad I'm lukewarm on the first game so I'm not invested in any of this on either side. The character movement just felt really bad to me and the only thing that kept me going was the story and characters themselves. From what I've read this one doesn't even have that but I'll probably play it when it's like $10.

Given the ratio of the gay to straight population in reality, that same ratio is the chance that its a virtue signal. Now when company starts congratulating themselves on Twitter for being Stunning and Brave and when they put that relationship front row center in the advertising for the game, that makes it more certain. The game also kind of bludgeons you over the head with it at the start of the game.

9/10 times it is a virtue signal. Druckmann is after those diversity points. Making Ellie gay in the first place is literally Neil chasing that award for being stunning and brave. I just question if he realizes this or if he has actually deluded himself into believing he cares.

Frogger is the greatest game ever made. Seriously that game was a real nightmare. Those cars just kept coming. Have a problem with that?

I used to love/ hate that game so much actually and it was so addictive for those reasons because it was so repetitive and became so nightmarish.

Streamers are destroying their copies in disgust! While consumers can do whatever they like with the things they buy, in the case of TLoU2, I strongly suggest they resell the game for cheap. That way, they can stunt the sales of said game in protest. I am saying this because the only way I'm playing this game is through a used copy. That or when the game becomes super discounted.

Never destroyed a game but did put it back in its case drive 40 mins back to game stop to trade in and not get a refund. And that's after having already driven back there once because my receipt gave me the xbox code instead of ps3.
I didn't even try for a refund just said I was trading it in it pissed me off and I didn't want it and got a better game instead.

But I have seen friends pull games out and break them for freezing or dieing too many times but they have money to spare and I didnt at the time.

But honestly I cant blame them had I bought this I would have thrown it in the trash after that one scene not even attempt to get a trade in that rumor had it they wont do. I know they weren't for a bit because of Rona but people are saying they're refusing trade ins on this game and taking other ones. Only other time I heard of that was that eminem movie it cost you 5 dollars to trade that in

A bunch of fake accounts, their only review is of the Last Of Us II, and one snod rated Last Of Us II a 0 and a free-to-play pc game a 10, that should tell you where their head is at on this bombing mission. Its largely these characters dont have the cash. Alotta broke ass Karens hitting the fold this year!! Looks like those 50,000 metatcritic broke hypocrites are hitting the bargain bin next year!!! I hope ND sticks it to them and prolongs the price-drop, one can hope!
