Actually, she claims enjoying coffee black is a sign of being a psychopath.

Black has always meant just coffee. This isn't a recent change, that's how it's always been.

Black coffee = just coffee, since forever.

Damn that does sound good. I typically like my coffee black but I'll occasionally get a craving for really sweet coffee and use some coffee mate French vanilla.

Cream refers to milk or half&half. It rarely means actual cream.

Id rather go energy drinks but if Im doing coffee Ill go cream and sugar if Im at a coffee shop, if Im at home or at work Ill just go black.

I'm actually trying to figure why he thinks that. I'm like 5-10 years older than him and my dad has ordered black coffee since I was a wee lad and never had to specify that he didn't want sugar.

Listen, brand new user thats totally not an alt...

I take it with a splash of almond milk. No sweetener. If no almond milk available then a small splash of heavy whipping cream. If no whipping cream available then just black.

I've lived in 2 different sections of the U.S. for two long periods of time.

In the midwest a regular coffee used to mean 'black' i.e. no cream or sugar.
In the east coast a regular coffee means 'cream & sugar'

Was pretty confusing at first!

I'd say black 90% of the time. Today i'm having it black. I simply love coffee and the various ways to have it.

I don't drink coffee.

My dad, on the other hand, is a coffee fiend. Drinks it black, and drinks so much coffee that I swear his birthday is a national holiday in Brazil.

What's your take on soy milk? Wife and I are trying to reduced drinking cow milk and have been split between using soy and almond.

Depends on my mood. I used to drink it black but nowadays I add some milk or cream to neutralize some of the acidity.

I also cant drink cold brew. Way too acidic for me, gives me stomach problems all day.

A guilty pleasure of mine I used to have when I was younger...I had to drive back and forth between fort Lauderdale and Orlando pretty frequently, about a three hour drive. When I would gas up, I'd get myself a large coke from the fountain and then throw a few French vanilla international delights in it and made myself a French vanilla coke.

Soooo good.

Soy actually causes a lot of issues, especially in men. Im surprised more people dont know about this.

Use almond milk. Wont be as good as cow milk but se la vi.
