Maybe they should issue officers tranquilizer guns. If they are fleeing, pop a couple darts into their ass, put them to sleep for a bit. No one has to die.

I keep saying this, if the crime itself doesn't warrant capital punishment, then being executed on the street is wrong. The man didn't just go on a murder spree and they gunned him down running, he was drinking and discharged a non-lethal weapon at an officer. He didn't have to die over that, nor would a judge sentence him to death for those crimes.

I am fairly certain you are actually wrong. it's not the law. the cops misinterpret the law. studies show that many cops don't actually know the laws that well. and often make mistakes. and also sometimes laws are evil. the cops don't care. they just want to make arrest money. the more arrests the more money they get. so they charge people with drunk driving when the car wasn't even on. and they were just sitting parked somewhere

My friend drove 2 blocks, pulled over into a parking lot then passed out. He was seen by someone driving and the cops came and gave him a dui. Yea it sucks but I called him an idiot for even getting in the car in the first place

Youbdont even have to be in the front seat. If you are sleeping in the car period intoxicated that is a crime. I think it's the dumbest thing ever. I have done it too. To me sleeping off drunkenness is better than driving. If I get arrested oh well.

His car was running in a drive thru line. He was not parked somewhere simply sleeping with the car off. He passed out waiting in line.

DUI and assaulting cops is a mandatory arrest and this man was very violent. Then he deployed a taser on one of them
