that's good enough all the pros play cod on the lowest settings anyway (except for draw distance) to maximize their frames and reduce visual distractions.

CPU is fine. GPU VRAM might be iffy. Game isn't incredibly well optimized.

Personally I would wait til Nvidia's Ampere cards are out. Should be September or October hopefully.

I think your PC will be fine. Warzone is free so it might be worth downloading it and see how you go. I believe it's more demanding than anything else in the game.

"Recommended" is generally what you need for maximum performance, and I don't even honestly know if the standard is still 60 FPS on 1080 or 144 at 1040 or what these days.
