Certain folks on the left like to think all straight white people, especially guys, are all right wingers due to stereotyping. These types who say that are ignorant, bigoted, and don't represent the left as a whole.

Phenomenons in the past that have resembled the SJW mindset have been studied by psychologists. Basically its a coping mechanism. Whenever people recognize that others are more successful they become resentful of those who have put in the work to reach that level of success. In order to cope with this reality the SJWs shift the blame from themselves and their lack of navigating reality in a meaningful way towards a "group" they see as oppressive.

I blame white people for both the extremists because they're literally the vast majority of both sides as I showed you in the link. Glad I live in a country where they're less than 1% of the population. Better a minority here than dealing with the people who can't keep their extremism in check there.

Nah that definitely happened many times in other countries. It was a major part of the Empire of Japan before and during World War II. And the remnants of that are still felt today (I live in Japan).

That's not the point. The point is New-Alt-Who-Dis is suggesting that such things are normal and allowable, because if "X" doesn't do it, then "Y" would instead.

If you're going to counter me, make sure you list every "group" that ever existed historically and how they oppressed someone else, and how that oppression is equivalent to white male America.

Don't just name one and tell me you've solved it.

The average voice online is white because they're over 60% of the country and wealthy because working class people have less time to shitpost on social media. However, PoC and LGBTQ+ individuals tend to be strictly on the left as evidenced by voting demographics. In fact, our country's biggest civil rights movements since the 60's were all spearheaded by those two groups. "Extreme leftism" isn't a 'straight white male' monolith like most right-wing movements tend to be.

You didn't look at the link I posted did you? Because the second whitest political group in America is the extreme left (the whitest is the extreme right). It really shouldn't be a surprise though. Look at any gathering of leftists in America on YouTube, pretty obvious. Minorities are massively underrepresented by the extremist groups in America, but they love to try to use them as tools for their causes.

The best part of the link I posted is in addition to demographic data they have interviews so you can hear what actual minorities think instead of what white people tell you they think.

I didn't write off a whole race. I said extremists are disproportionately white (with the data to show it), and that they are given free passes and normalized in America. Look how many so called allies of minorities were losing their shit here when they wouldn't vote the way they wanted in the Democratic primary? Trump has normalized right-wing extremism and the American left is trying to do the same, trying to even make moderate a dirty word and falsely claiming to represent groups that overwhelmingly reject extremism.

People say Muslims need to do more about extremists, blacks need to do more about black on black violence, etc. Yet when white people are being extreme it's just normalized.

Almost no one thinks all white people are bad. However many people do think that almost all problems in the USA and most problems globally are the fault of white people. And they are, because white people are the ones who have all the power. The vast majority of people with power and influence in the last couple of centuries have been white so it stands to reason that the problems are their fault.

I mean, if a car gets in an accident, you blame the driver right? You don't blame the people sitting in the back and passenger seats, who don't have power to control things.

I don't disagree with most of what you guys say because it's true, but I think there needs to be a better term than just saying "white people" because that generalizes all of us like we are all at fault for the actions of others just because we are of the same race. Combine that with some other suspect things some people say and it comes off as bigotry and not social commentary or such.

I didn't say that the extreme left wasn't overwhelmingly white, just that it isn't the same as the extreme right being overwhelmingly white. Doing so completely erases the history of black activism in the US that was heralded by socialists like MLK Jr., W.E.B. DuBois, The Black Panther Party, etc. We're the only racial group in America that prefers socialism to capitalism in the current year. So again, saying it's all just wacky white folks is disingenuous.

And, again, whites have the most free time to go to AntiFa rallies, which is why they look the way they do. Despites that, Black Lives Matters, which half the country hates, is mostly black, and it's most definitely an extremely leftist movement.

Also, hi I'm not white, I don't need to listen to interviews to know "what actual minorities think" because I actually live this shit. This idea that leftism is just white people is garbage.

We need to move AWAY from arguments that divide us fundamentally, not embrace them and promote them. If your discourse has to include, cannot be separated from identity that's a bad sign. One of the problems with the people in the "Wings" to paraphrase that good link is that they give way too much importance to identity.
