I mean if you weren't Christian before, I don't think it's really something you half assed decide to become when you make that decision. Usually it's something really radical, often a fear that makes you grab on to it such as the believing the world is ending and wanting to be saved, that makes them decide to be Christian. As opposed to someone who was raised Christian their whole life and learned to blend their Christian ideals and social norms together as they were growing up. The latter group also already had it part of their identity so they are more likely not to feel the need to announce it to everyone if it's something you just got into. As to the guide in question, I didn't know you couldn't remove your guide as back in the day there was a Skies of Arcadia guide that got removed for seemingly no reason and all of us assumed he just removed it himself. But if those are the rules that he signed off on then he's just gotta deal with it, he shouldn't get special treatment.
