MajinZidane 05/08/20 12:33:35 PM #1:	I want to start a Madden 20 fantasy league with a handful of people, if anybody is interested. Depending on how many players (2-4 is ideal, we could function with more than that depending on the total that are participating), we would select a division and all take teams from the same division. Complete most of a fantasy draft; the first 25 rounds or so in a live draft. Then, during the season, we'll coordinate with other players to play our games versus players as people are available. All player vs CPU games are optional and will be simulated unless the players want to play. Since we're all in the same divisions, it'll give everyone a home and away game against everyone else. You can do any scouting/trading during downtime when waiting for other games to happen. The only really long time commitments will be the initial draft and off-season free agency/rookie drafts. Beyond that, it'll be 30-45 minutes here and there when it's your turn to play games. Ideally, we could play a few games per week; nothing major like games every day. Could be fun if there is enough interest. I'm definitely open to suggestions for rules or other ideas! I am personally a pretty bad Madden player; can win or lose versus the CPU on pro or all-pro difficulty, I never play MUT or rarely online. Would ideally be matching up a few other mediocre players so nobody is just straight up stream rolling everyone! I really don't know how the online metagame for Madden shakes out and if people go for it every time, I've literally never played pick up games online before. It seems like we have a decent number of people interested, so I'll make a list of interested parties so we can figure things out. If we have 6 people, maybe we can do 3 teams in 2 divisions, one AFC/NFC so that we can meet up in the super bowl. I want to have everyone list their favorite NFL team or division because I'm going to use that for us to select what teams we'll be. It's okay if two people have the same favorite team. Mine is the Detroit Lions. @MZero11 - I think that will be just fine. Worst case scenario, if things are taking too long, we may just have to simulate some of your games but that may be the case for everyone. You'll still get to do the fun part, which is drafting and building your team! Assuming we can coordinate for you to be a part of the initial live draft lol. One of my intentions is to have this league go at least a couple of seasons (or who knows how long!) so that people can select prospects/rookies and that we can draft a few rookie drafts.
