Look at the new releases it's like FFVII remastered, RE3make, PErsona 5 another one, Warriors Orchi 4 Ultimate Extreme Super Duper edition, Autobahn Police Simulator 2 When you look at the new releases and there's only 1 new IP on display and it's $10,000 away from being an indy game it feels depressing. Keep in mind FFVII wouldn't exist if in the 90s they made FF1 remastered instead. I kinda wish the Triple A industry would band together and agree to do only do 2 remakes a year. 1 in summer, 1 in winter. THIS When fucking Jessie is getting fleshed out with her own quest, and interactions with characters gave subtle developments like learning how to high five in sync, it nails what a remake should do. Not cut content like Capcom. It only adds while retaining.
