NOTE: This already happens on a smaller scale. It's not unusual to be referred to a private hospital from the NHS so there exists a transfer of money from the NHS to the Private system already. Expect to see more contracts between the NHS and Private Sector after this. I can just see that link growing after this. The question is how are they going to fund this? Probably more taxes. I can't see them bringing in insurance. It's too much of a dirty word but as long as the money makes its way to the private sector does it matter how?
