He asks her to take a test to put him at ease but Rosemarie is not thrilled about it telling him she feels disappointed and offended he doesn't trust her They initially met on Facebook when Ed told her he was 5'3 but was really 4'11. They met for the first time in San Diego and flew to her native country in the Philippines to propose Though he was ready to say I do at the time, he is uneasy about their romantic life as they HAVEN'T had SEX yet. He says "I know you're tired of measking about your past and i dont want to do that anymore. I want to put it behind us. But i have a favour. So there's a test that you can take. It's a test for um, for um, i don't know if you understand. It's STD, which is, i think it's a blood test and they just test to see, um, if you have, um, sexually transmitted disease. So i was asking if you're willing to take that test. I will never ask you another question about your past" She looks confused and shocked as her expression turns to sadness She tells him "I'm disappointed you want to test me. I feel you do not trust me. I feel offended." He says it wasn't his intention nor was it to offend her but he says she never talks about her past relationships and that she lives in a country that has a PROSTUTITION problem and wonders if SHE was one. He found her on facebook and saw that she had "beautiful eyes" and added her at random and suddenly they started chatting as she would video tape "stuff" for him despite their 31 year age gap His biggest objection is his DAUGHTER and his MOTHER because she's just 6 years older than Rosemarie But Rosemarie says age is just a number and it was never an issue but this STD test may be the breaking point.. If youre worried, wear protection. For most of my relationships, the test would have been useless. But thats because I use to hook-up more often than not.
