Midfirst seems to be filing (imo) specifically to try and file a deficiency for ~$50,000, based on the difference between the current loan balance and their appraised value of the CT Condo. To put it in numbers, the CT condo is worth 60.000 dollars, the loan Phil has for it is 108.000 dollars. Meaning a deficiancy of almost 50.000 dollars. It looks lime Midfirst is calling out Phil on his bankruptcy application Also, fun fact: April 10th is both Phil's wedding anniversary and the release date of the FF7 remake. I expect that April 10th is going to be a bannable offense during today's stream, and lots of people will get limbed. Also, CoD Warzone now has a solo mode.
