My best friend has a lot of kids. A LOT of kids. Well on number 9 I told him he would have to name one after me since he'll run out of names. It went on for a bit and he said number 15 will be named after me. Well fast forward to today and he has 12.

Usually, suing is for making someone whole again. So, if you havent spent any money, then you wont win anything. But I dont think you can sue to have someone name their child something without a contract stating the rules. Text can work for certain things. This isnt one of those things...
