...Also I'm actually impressed by you not going big names for heels for Trails reps, but I can not imagine anyone willingly hiring Dunan and Morris, or even remembering who they are. ...slightly uncertain about Reverie as well, but giant robot so will let slide. ....As well as there not really being much else other than my one thought is the way of memorable heels for the first two Trails games.

So let me talk about the old Dissidia Fed. So Dissidia was the fighting/arcade cross-over game they did for the PSP. In the original Dissidia game they had the 10 Heros, 10 Villians and a representative from 11 and 12. Then, they made a sequel with that same concept with the inclusion of a few favorites of theirs. It gave a second rep to 11 and 12. Plus four favorites of Kain, Laguna, Tifa, and Yuna. So with that in mind this is what I attempted to do:

I did with the idea of a roster of 36 in mind. 13 Faces, 13 Heels, 13 Tweeners for the 13 games that were there at the time. With Chaos, the boss of the Dissidia and final boss of FF1, as a retired worked/colour commentator. I had him as the Undertaker in mind you pull him out once a year and then the rest of the year he does commentary. For me, that was the best way to build the roster with a theme. Then FFXIV came out, FFXV came out and I tried to expand the roster accordingly. Then I did something similar in Therarythem/Enhergiz And that's where that ended up. Looking at your summary sheet, you're gonna push Square from 3 rosters (Dissidia/Theraryhtem/Kingdom Hearts) all into one roster. That's a large amount of people to condense down to one roster. Believe it or not, while I love the genre I am not SUPER attached to anyone.

So, that being said, I suggest doing is getting who in your head are must haves on the roster and then after you decide that, tell me what the roster limit is and I'll pick out who the icons are to be on the roster, I'll have a handful of favorites for the Free Agents and then we can cut the rest. Does that sound good to you?

But I can tell you for certain this is an area where you can save time without me being involved lol cause I added a lot of unnecessary fat with the "well if this guy is in then this guy should be in" kind of thing and it would eventually lead to every Cid being a Free Agent all of the 13 members of Organization 13 being either in Kingdom Hearts or a Free agent.

Well let's see. What I did here was take two faces, two heels, and a staff for each game I felt comfortable doing that. (1, 5, 6, 7, 10, Tactics, Tactics Advance, CT, Bravely Default, and a "wild card") I don't want to add a ton of characters from other games since I just plain don't know them, but some obvious snubs and eaed faves can make it, maybe as FA. Any swaps you would recommend without drastically changing the number of slots per game or face/heel balance? Anybody I need to add on the bubble list? Anybody on the bubble list that you think should get first crack at the main roster if I need more dudes?

Alright, I have to leave work so I can look at this more later but my first immediate thoughts are. Some of your ratios are already off, which I guess is why you have people for those groupings on the "on the bubble section" as is but like FF7 has 3Hs and 2Fs. If you want 7 to be bigger I can make a recommendation but nevertheless I thought I would point that out the gate.

There a couple of the "big name protagonists" (Lightning, Cecil, Squall) are not here, which considering you haven't played their games it makes sense that they aren't here but still. For balance purposes, would you still want the top villain from those games or the best heel? (The best example is FF8 Ultimecia is the final villain but it works so much better to do Squall/Seifer)

Also, I know you haven't played KH but I think they gotta get ugh like 6 people, which I know seems like a lot but they have like 12 games now that I feel like you could accurately portray the franchise with those 6, and a staffer.

Also, you can 100% just veto me because I'm doing like 1% of the work.

Top villain v. best heel I think I'd defer to your judgment, at least for games I haven't played.

Maybe we bench my "wild cards" and either replace them with glaring omissions (Lightning/Squall/some heels?) or a KH section? (I don't even know who that would be beyond Sora and maybe Riku) In that case I'd probably also want help swapping out Reno for another FF7 heel because Rude'd be gone >_> I didn't get crazy far in FFVII- I think my next choice would have been Palmer <_<

Canonically for Kingdom Hearts you could go 8 to really cover the series well but these 6 would do it justice and then if you want to go minimalist just Sora and Riku would be fine.

Most of the Disney related characters for Kingdom Hearts could probably just be in your Disney fed but as far as Disney characters that are essential for Kingdom Hearts as a series it is only Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Maleficent with Pete as Maleficent's lackey.

Roxas and Axel could be cut if you only wanted 6.

IF you don't want Golbez, Seifer, Adryn, Caius,11, 2 or 0 that's fine. I won't lose sleep over them. Most of it was for good balance in my mind. I made an argument for Leon from FF2 because he was the first real turncoat/anti-hero style character but Kain from FF4 just does it so much better. Gabranth is really cool and was in Dissidia but at the same time, he doesn't have to be here.

Chrono Cross as a series I always felt was underrated by fan bases. I love that game but if you don't have the same affinity for it, I cannot blame you. For pictures I don't really have a set milestone I'm trying to hit; I'm just trying to frontload things a bit so I have less to deal with once the actual modding process starts. I'll download a buncha worker pics the first two days of each region (and copy applicable ones over from 1006-verse) and spend the third day cropping them.

If we're lucky I can get all of Canada knocked out in its three-day span but that won't work for the bigger areas.
