Some of your ratios are already off, which I guess is why you have people for those groupings on the "on the bubble section" as is but like FF7 has 3Hs and 2Fs. If you want 7 to be bigger I can make a recommendation but nevertheless I thought I would point that out the gate. There a couple of the "big name protagonists" (Lightning, Cecil, Squall) are not here, which considering you haven't played their games it makes sense that they aren't here but still. For balance purposes, would you still want the top villain from those games or the best heel? (The best example is FF8 Ultimecia is the final villain but it works so much better to do Squall/Seifer) Also, I know you haven't played KH but I think they gotta get ugh like 6 people, which I know seems like a lot but they have like 12 games now that I feel like you could accurately portray the franchise with those 6, and a staffer.
