Europe is underway- we'll see if RPG v. Non-RPG is easier to define than Modern v. Classic. For Smash I have a list of PCs that I'm plain ol' cutting in the comment at the top, and then a lot of the people in the bubble will wind up being distributed to other feds as those get done.

I blame you for the fact that I've been figuring out how I would do a massive One Piece fed.

It would be based around stables. Small 3-5 person crews battling it out. There would be a massive survivor series tournament at the end of each year for the One Piece crew title, and a Cibernetico among captains for the King of Pirates title.

There would also be an Emporer title and Grand Line single and tag team titles.

And a special Davy Back stipulation where crews could steal members from each other.

I've already got a dozen crews picked out.
