I generally save up about $5,000 and just simply buy a used car.

The interest is how they make money. When I get my BSW or MSW and a decent full time job? Probably around $300 to $400. I do not need to anytime soon though; I like both of my vehicles right now. There is only one 'new' vehicle I want but I don't what to buy a new one since it is a first year model.

Id aim for around 300 but could probably do 400. My current payment is 225 (6 year loan) but Ive been putting extra in for almost a year now. Should have it paid off at least six months early.

That said, there is a point where depreciation hits hardest - normally the first few years. My mustang is a 2017 got it In 2017 used for 22000. Cant remember how many years I financed for but I owe 10k on that right now. My payment is 250 at 3.5 percent
