I just got back from a moderation, I used some hardcore language while I was drinking in relation to news that Chinese uber drivers were facing discrimination due to coronavirus. tbh, it was a justified warning.

More justified than modding someone for "spoilers" when the topic mentions spoilers in the title, and when the OP doesn't actually contain spoilers in the first place. That was a moderation boner if I ever saw one.

Not one of you repeat offenders has the personal integrity or basic self-reflection required to even recognize when you're in the wrong. I beg to differ, some mundane things get one suspended.

Also "thinks dead soldiers funny": No one died. I can't remember the exact event, but I remember it involved someone screwing up badly and causing an embarrassing situation. It was that aspect of it that I found funny at the time, iirc no one was hurt but I genuinely do not remember the event.

But, another time I got suspended was because I said something about how females of a certain species were those that gave birth in that species. This does not hold true to all animals, but did in the case I was talking about. Yes I understand that modern society in the US has this unsustainable cultural mess going on right now, but the rest of the world, like 95% or more, do not have any problems with such mundane facts. Last I checked, most of the world are not sociopaths.

Edit: I am also not looking for your pity or that of anyone else. Nor was I "whining", I was asking a question to someone who was not even you.

There's also the prospect that these people know exactly what they're doing, and they're playing it up as unfair to troll more after getting their shitty trolling modded.

In my defense, as someone who has gotten 3 months of suspension straight, I typically know and admit that my post is going to get me modded/suspended and do not complain about it. Every now and then though it can be genuinely confusing.

For example, a situation in the world occurs. No news agency or reputable source calls that situation a "regicide" because it did not involve what a regicide would typically involve (a king getting killed). I post a YT video about a person's opinion on this event and how it was drummed up as an event that was going to be a regicide (but that ended in exactly three days, not resulting in a regicide), and I get suspended for that.

No, that one, I did not see coming. As such, I asked about it to the mods. In reply, I got no reply, and was only suspended again. That, to me, is an example of how if you do not conform with a particular individual on this site's version of reality, a version which has literally no evidence official or otherwise backing it, you can get banned.
