Bugs Bunny can do anything as long as it's funny.

He can survive big drops, he can pull whatever he wants out of a bag, he basically is immortal etc.

Because killing Bugs Bunny will never be funny he is immortal. The more powerful you are the bigger the joke you will become if you bother Bugs.

This sounds a lot like Kumagawa's All-Fiction ability (which Medaka also has since she copied it). Basically they dictate reality. They can literally make colors not exist lol

I thought the same thing too, but then I remembered that GER can warp reality. Whereas Saitama can not. In this case it is the reality warping that gives GER the fight.

I mean, yeah, Saitama wouldn't be able to hurt Giorno. But Giorno and GER can't kill or hurt Saitama. Like I said, assuming Saitama wouldn't ignore the ability because reasons.

And why he can no sell a lethal blow from a master martial artist or powerful psychic and one punch a giant bigger than a city, but can't kill a mosquito. His gag is he can win any fight without really trying.

No. The One Above All is also the Author / comic artist. These types of characters are just stand ins for the Author to have an in-universe mouthpiece. It's functionally top end fictional power, above even things like Abrahmic God.

He's dead in the context of the story. Defeated by Elmer Fudd. Of course it's all a big meta joke, which is why he can break the fourth wall and talk about his own death afterward, but he has to be dead for the joke to work, which is why it's a joke, which is why he's dead!

But this is a pretty clear example of a powerful gag character dying to fulfill a gag. When you're using absurd cartoon logic to gauge power levels, it's something that puts Bugs Bunny on a lower tier than gag characters who would not die to fulfill a gag.

It's more like the user defines reality. That's why you can erase things that shouldn't be able to taken out of existence (such as concepts), or bring yourself back to life after you die. But don't forget, that's just a single ability. Don't forget about Najimi's other 12,858,051,967,633,862 skills. Those skills probably cover every single application that Author Authority has. Stuff like omnipotence/science/presence? Covered by her skill that literally makes her God.

Also, our universe is about 13.772 billion years old. Najimi is 3,402,193,822,311 lol. Not really a power thing; just funny that she's hundreds of times older than the universe.

If we are talking about broken powers then Haruhi Suzumiya, although she can't control her powers. Basically whatever she believes comes true. If she believes aliens rule the world, then they really do rule the world. Outside of her, Franklin Richards. We haven't really seen the limits of Saitamas powers yet, but it's not out of the realm of possibility that his powers are just planet buster and not universe buster.
