Apparently it's crazy for me to state the fact that the DNC, at the request of Bernie, changed the rules to how the voting process works which includes a more lengthy process of tallying votes. Meanwhile, this topic is full of people who literally think the DNC and Buttigieg illegally colluded with a software developer to have an app fail during the caucus. How would this even help them or hurt Bernie? They can't say, but the important thing is that you constantly parrot baseless conspiracy theories you find on twitter and attack anyone who questions them. People really hate the fact that they can't refute anything I say, especially when it disrupts the hivemind. I swear nuance is lost on so many of you. Also this attack on Bernie or somehow this is centrist math (wtf does that even mean) is so stupid. Listen to yourselves. Bernie advocated for a new way to report the votes to bring transparency. Thats a good thing; the downside with so many candidates is that its complicated. It is not just addition as some of you fail to understand, but they need to look at the viability and make sure the math adds up correctly in both rounds. It gets messy when people leave, change supporters, etc. But there is a paper trail and they are wanting to validate the data. Yeah it sucks we have to wait a few hours but as long as they send it out correctly it is what it is. I swear nuance is lost on so many of you. Also this attack on Bernie or somehow this is centrist math (wtf does that even mean) is so stupid. Listen to yourselves. Bernie advocated for a new way to report the votes to bring transparency. Thats a good thing; the downside with so many candidates is that its complicated. It is not just addition as some of you fail to understand, but they need to look at the viability and make sure the math adds up correctly in both rounds. It gets messy when people leave, change supporters, etc. But there is a paper trail and they are wanting to validate the data. Yeah it sucks we have to wait a few hours but as long as they send it out correctly it is what it is. Its also possible that with so many candidates, people are too uncertain who they want or more people want a smaller pool before committing.
