You know how women drive" He represents the district outside of Rochester and was bused after he ran his 2018 GMC Acadia into a ditch When a tow truck driver came, he claimed his wife was behind the wheel Michael Scoville, the tower said "the male stood up and put his hands up and said "my wife was driving!. You know how women drive. They don't know how to properly drive" But Scoville said nobody else was in the car as Kolb later admitted he was the one driving after downing 5 COCKTAILS His eyes were glassy and bloodshot and his breathalyzer test incidcated his blood alcohol level was twice the limit He issued an apology stating "Last night, i was charged with driving under the influence near my home. This was a terrible lapse of judgement and i have urged otherse not to make and i take full responsibility for it. I fully recognize the severity of the situation and i profoundly sorry. Tehre is no excuse and no justification for what occurred.
