21 y/o Sideshow Freak, Justyn Pennell from Hudson, Florida admitted to PURPOSELY Killing a 75 y/o Vietnam Veteran because he was looking for someone to KILL so he can get a taste of BLOOD to see what it's like to kill someone BEFORE he joined the ARMY!!

It happened at 3pm on Thursday when he called 911 and told dispatcher he fatally hit a man on purpose as he was running errands that day and had previously spotted the elderly man walking past an area he drives by until suddenly his urge to kill someone rose and after seeing the man, he U-TURNED and aimed his vehicle directly at the victim where the man desperately scrambled to run out of the way but was hit and died upon impact

He confessed to police that he LAUGHED at the fear of the victim's face before hitting him

Officer Chris Nocco said "While he's driving at his victim, he could see the look of fright on the victim's face. This man is absolutely evil"

Justin had thoughts of killing someone for months and already planned how he was gonna do it and expressed his intent on finding anyone on the street to kill

Police and Fire Rescue Crews found the man's body on the side of Aripeka Road and discovered Pennel's 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser a quarter mile away with damage to the front end bumper

Officer Nocco reminded people that there's pure evil in this world as there was no relation between the victim and Pennell

Pennell was charged with first degree murder as people were stunned by the brazen murder as some officers on the scene have never worked a case where someone planned to go out and look for random victims to kill

The victim is not being named but is known to be a father, grandfather and vietnam war veteran

Police are still interviewing family on the mental state of Pennell as he was once an ROTC member who was going to JOIN THE ARMY at some point and had a fascination of KILLING PEOPLE and was joining for that very purpose so he can "fulfill" his FANTASY!!.

Idiot.

Homicidal, bloodthirsty, evil, or whatever else you want to call it, had he just had more patience, he could have put his tendencies to some use in the armed forces. Then again, if his idea of quenching his thirst for blood is running down an unarmed old man in a motor vehicle, odds are, he probably would have been at liability, or even a threat, to his allies when faced with enemies that are every bit as armed and ready to kill as he.

Gotta wonder how society manages to produce such profoundly putrid garbage as him. They oughta do a study, maybe the results can lead to more effective upbringings.

As a person who has suffered from anger issues and psychological trauma, I will never buy the whole "He's just pure evil" argument. There is no absolute good or absolute evil in the world. If you look at the sadness in his face on the last photo, seems like he had a messed up childhood tbh.
What he did was extremely messed up, and I feel for the victim and his family. I just hate it when people think these things are black and white. They never are.

That is totally MESSED UP! There are few of those veterans alive, and the way they were treated when they returned to America... The guy deserves to be beaten untill 1 stroke from death, and then he deserves to take a guillotine to the neck. Call me crazy, but regardless there are worse punishments.

In my life time Ive met idiots join the fucking Navy in hopes of killing someone. Thats right. This idiot wanted to kill someone so he didnt join the Marines or Army... nope! He joined the Navy. Maybe he was hoping some bad guy parachuted on to his boat, and he got to them first.

Ive seen folks say the same about joining the police.

Evil, if you want to call it that as oppose to any number of psychological maladies, doesn't just happen on its own.
If you just write that kind of thing off with a vague and primitive label, all you're doing is inviting the next similar tragedy in with zero resistance.
Only by attempting to understand how this kind of behavior develops can society hope to find ways to minimize its development and save more lives.
