It's fascinating as fuck, chat is spoon feeding him what to do, but the information doesn't seem to stick, and then he lashes out as his chat.

His relationship with chat (and his fans in general) is bizarre. They're telling him what to do at every step--he's at a point where he can't play a game without them hand-holding him--and they're paying his bills, yet he still treats them like shit... and they are okay with this relationship. As stupid as I think these people are for continuing to support a man who wastes their money and clearly doesn't care about them, I can't help but feel sorry for them.

I know phil used to do cooking vlogs before, but they were super basic stuff like bacon and eggs, sausage and eggs, pizza and generally really unhealthy stuff.

He whines about low tips because he doesn't make any food at home, there's no groceries. I doubt he buys eggs, milk, veggies, meat etc. Probably just gin and snacks. He most likely eats out several times a week.

It's always the fault of the people reporting the wrong doings, not the fault of the person committing said wrong doings.

Hell, Phil could kill someone, and blame a witness for turning him in.

The whole BlipTV and AdSense were relatively minor things, compared to the current predicament he's in. Whenever he has to answer for the whole thing with owing all of that money, declaring bankruptcy isn't going to save him.

What gets me about the Nazi bit is, it wasn't even very funny. It would be a bit different if he had said offensive things during a segment that legitimately made people laugh. Instead, it came across as the sort of thing a stupid kid would do. "Ha ha, look at me! I'm a Nazi! I'm speaking with a bad German accent and talking about killing Jews! I'm hilarious and edgy! Ha ha!" I'm not advising people to attempt racist humor, but if you do, at least make sure it's funny enough to be worth the trouble that will result from it.

He is hiding behind Howard Stern, saying that he did skits like Phil did. I am sorry, I don't know how this Howard Stern is, so I looked up some stuff on Youtube, but never did I see him on stage pretending to be a Nazi whose soul purpose was to kill all remaining jews.

And even though Phil says he was wrong about what he did, in the same breath he'll also accuse the people for falsely reporting him, because no one was offended.

The Donkey Kong 64 stream was god fucking awful. For some reason, Phil feels the need to 100% the game, while being awful at it. What resulted was an epic bitchfest and I am genuinely surprised he hasn't ragequited the game yet.

During the Street Fighter stream he quit a lobby, saying the guy he was up against had "learned the timing of the lag" WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK DOES THAT MEAN!? You cannot learn lag, it happens or it doesn't, it's not on a set timer. The only thing you can truly learn is adjust to the delay (your ping). But you know, it isn't possible the guy he was playing is, you know, good. No, Phil can't win because someone took time to learn "timing of lag" thus Phil is at a disadvantage he can never overcome.

It's never Phil's fault (we knew that already), it's never his lack of skill, it's never that the opponent is legitimately better than him. He always know what his audience wants, he always presumes to speak for others.

His ego is so fucking massive that it is surprising he has lasted this long. I hope more than anything that the bankruptcy is real, because his ego is shielding him from the consequences. Because once Phil realizes what his is in for, it'll be the rudest of awakenings.

Let's be fair - we all lose a step gaming as we age unless we go professional. His complaining doesn''t help though as well as recent game design which hand holds too much.

You are absolutely right about that. But as I said in my example. Phil literally said how is he supposed to know what to do when his chat doesn't know. That has nothing to do with his aging, or slowing reflexes. This is literally throwing your hands up in the and saying that you can't do it (unless someone tells him how to do it).

Oh and speaking of aging, this motherfucker refuses to wear glasses, even though he needs them (and has admitted so in the past).

So yes, aging has an undeniable effect on our reflexes, and other various bodily functions. But everyone else accepts them and learns to properly deal with them, like glasses for example. But Phil never addresses these like any normal human would, and as with everything, blames outside factors.

It's even less than that, unless I am mistaken, so correct me if I am wrong.

But when I look at his schedule, it says his early streams are from 10:15-1:15 and his late streams are from 6:45-9:45.

That means that his stream times are 3 hours long each, and actual gameplay is about 2 hours each segment because the pre-streams on average last an hour. So all in all, he "plays" 4 hours per day. Even if that is 6 days a week, that's 24 hours hours, so pretty much part-time. But, if you are going to be generous and don't discount the pre-streams, that's still 36 hours per week of actual stream time, barely full time.

So where the fuck he pulls the 10-12 hours per day from is a fucking mystery to me. I do recall him saying that he "babysits" his uploads. My guess is that he counts that as work too. Truth is though, he has about 5.5 hours of free time between streams to do whatever the fuck he wants. So his excuse to never having time for anything, even if it is actually important, is bullshit of the highest order.

And you'll often see on his Twitter that he is uploading 2 hours of gameplay for X game.

And playing video games can never be considered work. If you take the footage and start editing and stuff, then I'd make a case for it. But just sitting on your ass, after rolling out of bed while bitching at your TV as you stumble through the game while chat holds your hand is hard to consider as "work".

I know he's been called out on this before, but it's just amusing somehow to hear him "complain" that he is busting his ass and working 10-12 hours per day. He is in for a rude awakening if he actually has to get a job for his bankruptcy filing.

When he was called insensitive, all he had to do was admit that he misspoke and didn't actually mean to equate the death of Kobe Bryant with the loss of his save file. It was insensitive, but it's not the end of the world. No big deal. That's the end of it.

Instead, he does the usual Phil thing and starts hurling insults because that is the only way he can respond to criticism. This is why people hate him.

This is just what I don't get about Phil, and simultaneously what I find so interesting about Phil.

He did equate Kobe's death with losing a save file. He is a narcissist through and through, so he cannot help making things about him self. Sure, it's entirely possible he misspoke. But the fact that he doubled down proves otherwise.

See, all Phil had to do in this situation, was say: "Shit, sorry I misspoke." or something along those lines. That is literally it, nothing more would be required.

Instead, he doubled down, started going ham on his chat, blaming them for putting words in his mouth and started insulting people left and right. Oh, and also banning people left and right. That RIGHT THERE, is the reason you have "detractors" Phil.

You cannot take a L, you cannot apologize for your actions, or the things you said. You can NEVER admit you are wrong. No one has to ever take shit out of context, because even if this was taken out of context, with what kind of context would comparing someone's death with losing a save file look good? Ever?

And this isn't the fucking first time this has happened either, so it's not like this whole situation is a one off. When John Lennon died, he compared it to him getting copyright strikes, made Etika's death about himself. And when someone tried to sympathize with Phil once, when their brother died, Phil publicly mocked and scolded him and topped the thing off with a ban.

Phil is incapable of sympathy/empathy but he does keep asking for it from his viewers. The reason Phil has so many trolls isn't because he is bad at games (hell, being bad at games could even be a unique selling point for Phil), it's not even the fact that he makes excuses for everything he fucks up. It's situations like this and the foreclosure that people take issue with Phil

He shits all over the death of people by making him about himself, he has his fans pay for everything, but that comes out to say he pissed away all that money, accrued a huge debt, and now needs EVEN MORE money from those same fans to bail him out.

He doesn't have a single shred of respect for other human beings.
