Kevin Feige has revealed that more LGBTQ and TRANSGENDER characters will be in the big screen in Marvel's PHASE 4 of the cinematic universe!!

Kevin has been in charge of Marvel since 2007 and confirmed the addition in a Q&A as part of the New York Film Academy Guest Speaker eries

When asked about LGBTQ inclusion, he said "Yes, absolutely yes. Very soon, in a movie we're shooting right now, yes"

Feige didn't go into specifics but Marvel announced Phase 4 projects at San Diego ComicCon as the first films to be released will be Black Widow in May 2020 and Eternals in November

Given Black Widow starring Scarlett Johansson is now in post production and Eternals is still filming, it's likely the new LGBTQ/Trans character is in Eternals

The star studded cast includes Angelina Jolie, Kit Harrington, Richard Madden, Salma Hayek, Gemma Chan and Kumail Nanjiani

Feige also spoke on the upcoming Doctor Strange and Multiverse of Madness as some classic Marvel characters will make their MCU debut and said "You won't expect or won't guess who it is but we found a cool way to make it work because we want to make a particular type of movie there. And there was a character who we always wanted to do something with who will fit really well there".

Feige has been instrumental in reviving the Marvel Cinematic Universe after he brought Disney to record numbers and Sony's inclusion of Spiderman and brought in BILLIONS to the studio.

I think it's the people who Hollywood is shamelessly trying to pander to and manipulate for financial gain who should be upset, but a certain Marvel movie already proved they probably won't even notice it.

People cry about anything these days. I don't find sexuality all that relevant in superhero films outside of "damsel in distress" tropes anyway. I hate when things are shoved into media for no other reason than shock value though.

It isn't a issue. What is a issue is when Hollywood gets very excited about representing what's the norm these days that they feel they need to shove race, sexuality and so on in peoples faces just because reasons. With that said is a superhero trans yet or are they just making Ironman have a sex change?

Idk about Trans. I just know that there are a bunch of heroes who aren't straight (Lesbian, gay, bi, and even pan). And some that don't have a label, like Multiple man, who just fucks whoever. I think he once flirted with himself. But, yeah. While I don't think they should act like it's big news, I do know that if they keep using all the superheroes, they will eventually have the non-straight ones show up... Though, I guess some are already in the movies, whether people know or not...

If if something is dog shit, its not because of a queer character, women or some other minority. You make it sound as if this small aspect, that was literally done for the creators, was this massive under taking for the show and everything suffered as a result.

1. It wasn't done for the creators : it was done to appeal to the virtue signalers. Those people, while loud, are not spenders and will not watch the garbage.
2. Except that I clearly said, in this sentence : "but because the show is dog shit." that the rest was done badly.

Hollywood are simply not doing their inclusive agenda correctly. Instead of doing good stuff with some inclusivity, they release shows which shoves inclusivity and virtue signaling down people's throat at every turn, but that are terrible and painful to watch.

It's like all the idiots who claim that movies starring a strong, independent wahmyns is making all the "manbabies" run for the hills. Except that you'll notice that, for quite a while, good movies and shows who have featured strong, independent wahmynz have been loved by everyone, men included, because of the fact that they aren't shit. If they want people to watch their shitty gender/race pandering movies, then they need to make them good first and worry about catering to the virtue signalers second.

Does the inclusion make the movie any better or worse? If it makes the movie worse that's an augment against those that are in favor of the identity politics. Otherwise I don't think conservatives are that concerned with the identity politics.

I noticed there was an unnecessary "here's a trans person" and "here's a gay person" scene in Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Endgame respectively. I suppose it will be more of that? I find it mildly irritating at worst.
