My gaming history is basically this:
ColecoVision (with Atari 2600 adapter), NES, SNES, PS1, PS2, Xbox 360, PS4 There's other stuff here and there - I played Apple IIe games a ton as a young kid because my cousin had one, when I was older I used to play Sega Genesis with my one friend, in high school I played a lot of PC stuff, and then in college my one roommate had a Sega Saturn (we actually had a Saturn, an NES, SNES, and PS1 all hooked up at the same time, to three different TVs, all on one entertainment center in our living room - and there were times when people were gaming on all of them at once). I've occasionally played things on other consoles as well (N64, Dreamcast, GameCube), but that was less common. --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ... It would be easier to list the consoles I DON'T own.
I've had every console except: Nintendo 64 (because literally all my friends had one) Dreamcast (I don't think I even remember seeing these for sale) Xbox 360 (cuz it sucks) Xbox One (cuz it sucks) Nintendo Switch (all my friends have one!) And many obscure ones that nobody has ever heard of because they don't really count. --- Offensive (according to GameFaqs): sexually explicit, gory, or other obscene content. Got an NES when I was 4 or 5, got a SNES when I was 8, and that was pretty much it until I bought my PS2 in college (then a crap ton more consoles after that). I was mostly a PC gamer because shareware was free and we didn't have a lot of money.

went from NES, to the ps2...
