I once researched and wrote a 10-page paper on police procedure in the span of about 6 hours because I thought it was due a week later than it was, and I realized just in time to start writing it around noon on the same day it was due for a 6pm class.

Got an A on that paper.

I think cramming and writing like that works really well... Ive had to do it multiple times. And usually, I do well on them...

Seriously. I did a 30 page analysis paper the day before it was due. I just sat down for like 8 hours and knocked it out. Gotta know how to BS the system.

Given that it's a script that will probably come in around 12,500 words I think it'll take maybe 9 hours.

Two weeks? That's so much time! But you still need to start now. You don't have to finish it, or even make big progress. Just start it. Outline, brainstorm, and, like the poster above mentioned, don't look down on the power of a shitty first draft. I recently finished a writing-intensive degree at Berkeley, and shitty first drafts are powerful tools; I'd even go as far as to say they're sacred symbols worthy of worship. Respect them, then revise them. (...Please revise them...)

Attorney David Crabtree (played by the rock) who, while shopping at a used-car lot for a station wagon to serve as a second family car, instead purchases a dilapidated "1928 Porter" touring car. Crabtree hears the car call his name in a woman's voice. The car turns out to be the reincarnation of his deceased mother, Gladys (voiced by Adam Sandler). She talks (only to Crabtree) through the car's radio: the dial light flashes in synchronization with "Mother's" voice. In an effort to get his family to accept the old, tired car, Crabtree brings it to a custom body shop for a full restoration. The car is coveted by a fanatical collector named Captain Manzini (Johnny Depp), but Crabtree purchases and restores the car before Manzini can acquire it.
For the rest of the series, Crabtree is pursued by the avaricious Captain Manzini, who is determined to acquire the valuable automobile by hook or by crook. In a running gag characterizing his shifty nature, Manzini (who resembles a 1920s silent film villain) always mangles Crabtree's name when speaking to him. "Now, then, Crabapple..." "That's Crabtree." "Whatever."

The show follows Detective Fred Manson, who works the streets of Miami fighting crime and a recent influx of drugs in his city. The show has a season long story that pits Fred against a new crime lord drug dealer who has been funneling drugs into the city and wiping out any competition in his way. He also has bought a few police at Fred's precinct and has a judge in his pocket.

The interesting thing about the show is that it focuses mainly on the battle between the two throughout the first season, but the viewers can see strange things happening in every episode that does not totally make sense. A car will be there in one shot, but then gone in the next, or a person in the background will suddenly be gone, or appear somewhere else instantly.

There are occasional hints that things are going on that Fred does not see or know about, and an instant in episode 3 where it makes a serious impact on Fred's life and his pursuit of David (the crime boss). Nothing is explicitly stated or noticed by anyone within the story itself, only the audience can see anything is wrong/different at all.

Long term Fred (in later seasons) would slowly be let into a world that is not seen by most, where magic and magical creatures exist but hide from humans. Even so, he will not directly interact with this world, and will not totally believe in it himself (But the audience will know for sure).
