I tried it on a free trial weekend or whatever at some point recently and it really did suck, if I would have paid money for it at any point I'd be mad. Same. Except I rented it to see for myself. I actually had an initial 11 hour gaming session. But then when I stepped I realized there was literally nothing to draw me back to play again. And the dev doesn't have to thank them or reward them. Just patch the errors and be done with it.
