Secretly the argument was really about whether TV Time Remaining is an acceptable time limit for a match when matches going on at 12 till is a thing, not about time limit draws. With the full 20 minutes I'm not raising nearly the same fuss

Hey guys I was at the AEW show. Life is too hectic and equal parts worst time of my life and best time of my life, so I can't give a proper summary.

But AEW was easily the most fun I've had at a wrestling show. If you can get the chance to go to one, go to it. For anyone concerned the crowd was hungry for more, they gave us a little bit more after the show went off the air to give us a more satisfying conclusion.

But seriously, it was refreshing to go to a wrestling show and not be beaten over the head with dumbass propaganda and shitty matches and shitty promos the whole time. It was legitimately the most fun wrestling thing to experience. I got to see all the guys I was excited to see, including fucking Orange Cassidy (who I started a holy shit chant for after his devastating super kicks to the Bucks). They seemed interesting in giving us something fun to enjoy instead of whatever WWE tries to give you anymore.

I got to see Private Party vs Lucha Bros, Kenny Omega vs Joey Janela, Young Bucks vs Best Friends, Moxley vs PAC, and freaking Darby Allin vs Jimmy Havoc vs Jack Evans.

I'm satisfied, legitimately. And I appreciate that they wanted to give people an entertaining show first and foremost.

Like I said, we all booed a lot. I don't think because we were upset about no winner but because it was a draw so of course you boo it. If that makes any sense? Like do you expect people to cheer at a draw? It means the fight was ended!

But we got Ambrose killing a ref dead and then a bunch of follow up after with Pac, Mox, Kenny, and Hangman that made us happy.

This, basically. Like, still at a level where he should be crushing various wrestlers (see: Elias @ Money in the Bank), but still working long matches with people in the midcard/upper midcard (McIntyre, Murphy, Rowan, Harper, Nakamura).

I honestly (and hopefully) think that another run against Lesnar might not be as bad as before, though we're probably getting Lesnar/Cain for awhile anyway

Same. I would have never seen what the issue was unless I searched the controversy. It would have never crossed my mind that they intended something racial by the design

But they inadvertently created something very racist and no one along the line caught it until ACH saw it.

While this is true, he did admit that he approved the design, and while he posted an email that appears to show he may have suggested a different design, it also appears to ask for color input ("Road Dogg preferred the gray, but let us know what you think!")

That sounds like the time to speak up and go "Yo this is really racist" instead of waiting over a month.

This just feels like it could have been avoided by both sides.

I don't think he's actually as upset about RACISM as he is implying and is just using it as an excuse to raise a fuss based on other things he's upset about, and this is the lowest hanging fruit to get people behind him, but I of course have no proof of that.

It does seem a bit minor a thing to really go full scorched earth about though.

For those who are too lazy to read the full story, Triple H allegedly told Jordan Myles that he was told Jordan is the one who approved the design. So it would seem someone in the middle messed up.

Because if you're working under the assumption that they didn't knowingly create something racist, and the point of contention even seems to be that it's specifically on a black shirt, since he said he approved the design when he saw it on a white shirt (though this seems cloudy since the email he posted does appear to be asking him for color opinions), bringing it up at the time you're literally being asked about it seems like a great time to bring up the issues and try to figure out where the disconnect is, instead of approving it and then going on a Twitter rant later.
