I'm really enjoying Last Cloudia so far. They are insanely generous with the crystals for rolls. You start off with two free 10 pulls, and each round of battles you complete gives you 110 crystals per win (it's 300 per pull) and then much higher for the final battle in the stage.

The SSR rate is almost 9% as well. The on banner rates are pretty hideous, but with how generous they are with SSRs and crystals it's fine. Rerolling was painless too, taking about 5-10 minutes tops.

I'm still... actually really enjoying the fishisland gacha lul. They give away a lot of free shit everyday and you're guaranteed 2 4* (max rarity in gacha) equipments that you can choose from a list as well as 3 free 5* spirits. The gem income is pretty slow, but you actually rarely use them to roll either. They're there to buy aquariums and other things, honestly. In fact a guide recommends against using gems to roll because they give away a lot of free rolls as it is.

But I'm literally like top 200 players in the game despite having started like 2 weeks into release. It's pretty deserted most of the time lmfao. The marketing for this game was nonexistent. I only found out due to a youtuber I watch for games I don't play. Not to mention they freaking titled the app FishIsland all in one word. If you search Fish Island, you actually won't find this game. Pretty dumb. I recommend this game tho. It's just really quaint and many times relaxing but also skill-based

Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Void had its official Global launch today. It's a crossover gacha game featuring characters from several different anime franchises whose source materials were all published by Dengeki Bunko in Japan, including their two biggest franchises, Sword Art Online and A Certain Magical Index. I think I'm going to give it a shot and see how it plays, but I'll most likely only stick with it if I end up uninstalling Magia Record due to not pulling Nanoha when her event comes.

Good news: There are two chances to get a guaranteed S-Rank (highest rarity) character of your choosing. One is completely free by completing a certain line of side quests in an event. The other is an infinite re-roll 10-pull that you can buy for only $10 in real money (which is pretty cheap compared to a guaranteed highest rarity pull in other gacha games) and you don't pay the $10 until you get a roll you decide to keep.

Also, every player gets a free A-Rank (2nd-highest rarity) Asuna as a log-in bonus after a couple of days, and I'm pretty sure there's a way to raise any character to the highest rarity at some point. So you may not even need to re-roll your account to be off to a good start in this game.

Main characters are the ones that actually fight on screen. Sub/support characters give the main characters bonuses and have a few skills themselves, plus they can unlock special combo attacks when combined with certain main characters.

Man, I've had the worse luck with pre-registered games so far, the last three all turned out to be incompatible with my phone.

And I'm not even sure how or why, as none of them seemed all that complicated or flashy looking, unless it's just a case of the developers being too lazy to make the games more device friendly (in which case good luck making/keeping a stable playerbase when most people can't play your damn app).

Reminds me of how I got fucked out of playing Shin Megami Tensei after that one update way back in summer that suddenly made my phone (and Nox Player) unable to run it.

I couldn't get into Crossing Void. The presentation was nice but the combat system was painfully slow and boring to me. Rerolling is a pain as well, as already mentioned, so I had even less interest without a strong start.

Yeah, it takes a while. Both the time to re-download the data and the number of tutorial missions you have to do to get to where you can roll freely.

Eh, I've rerolled like crazy for my waifus. I've burned HOURS rerolling for Merlinus in The Alchemist Code (totally worth it BTW) since I started playing like 3 days before her event was going to end. And luckily for me that was the very day I got a new phone so I was rerolling with 2 phones XD

I liked the The Devil is a Part-Timer anime so I'm hoping Emi is decent. Also everyone's favorite well-endowed Valkyria :3

Surely these game makers must realize people are rerolling. I don't see why they make the reroll process take so damn long. Just let people reroll fast so they can play the game for real. I would only feel more tempted to drop a game if I can't get who I want after several hours of rerolling.

I mean I'm fairly sure, but just to be 100% positive: Characters CAN improve their rank, right? Like a B character can eventually become S? Because I hope to God it's not some stupid shit like Re:Arise where a Digimon's limit is set in stone from the start. Like you might pull an Agumon who can only go up to Metal Greymon and nothing will ever change that <_<

I'm about 95% sure that feature is in the game, but I haven't gone far enough to use it myself yet. I've been more busy grinding out the current event in Magia Record than trying to do stuff in Crossing Void.

Remember, you get a second guaranteed S-rank of your choosing later on by completing all of the Golden Time event quests. It takes a while (I'm nowhere close) but you do have another to look forward to. Also, apparently they're starting a limited-time event for Alice pretty soon.

I think Azur Lane is shaping up to do the Priority Year 2 ships in December. It'd be pretty stupid to do the Polaris event with the weird idol versions of ships like Gascogne when the normal versions aren't available (sorta like what they did with Hiei).
