I would argue that incest in and of itself is not really bad, it's the potential for pregnancy that is bad, and of course the potential for abuse within a family as well.

If both of those factors are removed, which you would imagine would be true of the wonder twins, then there isn't really anything wrong if they get jiggy with each other.

Honestly unless they found some other shapeshifters around, they might not ever have anyone as compatible as each other for that matter.

Yes. As they are brother and sister they would be committing incest even if no genetics were involved at all. Especially since they are both biologically brother and sister and possess a familial relationship between each other (where-as a step-sibling may not have such a bond).

Especially since most people are repulsed from incest due to a built-in genetic response as opposed to some cultural conditioning or something similar.

I agree, and that is why I mentioned the abuse factor, I don't actually advocate incest lol, but I was just saying that it's not inherently wrong, especially if it's the last two of a species or a new one (like the wonder twins kinda). If pro-creation was not involved and it was only a means of giving each other pleasure, it would not be a bad thing really.....but of course in our reality that is sadly not the case.
