Dale at least has fun. But then again in more scenarios Hank would have bills back over dale cause dale brings a lot of shit on himself... Idk.

While people focus on his wife's affair (and his son's parentage), all things considered, Dale has a pretty good life. He's married to an attractive, successful woman. He has a job that he loves and he's able to get into all sorts of crazy shit with few real repercussions. And, not for nothing, but his wife does eventually break things off with John Redcorn

In many ways, Dale is better off than Hank. Boomhauer is where it's at, though.

Raising a son that secretly isnt yours is pretty awful though. I know his character doesnt know it but if you were to eventually figure that out that would be pretty shitty

It's kind of implied he probably does know. He just acts like he doesn't because that way he doesn't have to deal with the inevitable conflict that would stem from admitting it.

He knows outright in one episode, but lies to his son while telling him he loves him despite not being his biological son.

Idk Dale's life looks pretty sad from the outside. His wife wont fuck him and doesnt respect him, his son isnt his, he doesnt really have a real job, he's a nutjob
