After cooking I add whatever leftovers from the fridge (if not I use various frozen meatballs and/or raw vegetables such as cabbage before adding the ramen), then add a single egg to the ramen as it finishes cooking with 2-3 green onions after I bowl it (or eat it out of the pot because I'm lazy).

I don't eat ramen. I do however eat instant noodles like Super Noodles. They are sort of the same thing save for instant noodles are less watery. Still I add cheese to them at times.

I always add a minimum of black pepper to the water before I boil the noodles. Usually cayenne too. Sometimes other things like garlic powder or cumin. It makes the noodles soak up a spicy flavor.

I usually quickly fry up some leftover steak or pork tossed in Gochujang and ginger and throw it in the ramen along with onions, peppers, jalapenos, cabbage, and broccoli. Top it off with some sriracha as well.

Makes for a quick, easy meal that helps make good use of leftovers.

I remember this. From this very board, no less. I still eat them. Even the guy who did the study in the video says he does. I can understand someone not wanting to, though. But I like saving a little money sometimes. Plus, they can be kind of tasty...

I haven't eaten ramen in ages. But when I did yes, I would cut up some of whatever meat happened to be left over in the fridge and toss in a handful of frozen mixed vegetables.

Now if I'm eating instant noodles it's that Nissin chow mein. Much better than Ramen. Both the texture of the noodles and the flavor from the sauce packets.

Usually 2 eggs. Sometimes I scramble them sometimes I don't.

Or if I have any left over meat left from dinner, I'll add that and then only add one egg to go with it.

I add the new water....not as much as before since some would have evaporated anyway, so I just kind of eyeball it...then add the powder and let it cook until it's reached a light boil again.

On the stovetop you can stir in an egg while cooking to fortify the broth or you can just drop it in and let it come to a soft boil while the noodles cook

I just made some Ramen, and I do notice that after the water boils, there's this whiteness to it.
