Companies have never cared about anything except money. They are doing what they always have. If society accepts something, it is in their best interest to support it. The fact that you take issue with them supporting pride raises questions about your own motivations.

There are a number of LGBTQ advocacy groups, and there are companies running promotions to donate to them. But that's not what visibility is about, though it helps.

I just sort of roll my eyes at some of these things but Im not visibly shaking or anything over it lol.

Like Shake Shack has a pride milkshake right now. I dont really think sexual orientation is an appetizing flavor, and it looks like they just took a vanilla milkshake and put some sprinkles in it...

Lust helps in procreation, but can ruin lives in excess.

I respect companies less for that kind of virtue-signalling. At least when a company like Chik-fil-a talks about Christian values, it does grand gestures like not opening its restaurants on Sundays and forsakes a lot of profit for that decision.
