And Ethan said "I decided to take advantage of it" as he was motivated to take down pedophiles because of a female firend who told him she had been molested as a child He said "I was just looking to get someone..He just happened to be a cop" After moving the conversastion, he told Davies he was a 16 year old but the age didn't bother the cop and said they started texting there where it got explicit as they chatted for 12 HOURS!! At any rate, apparently California is 18, which makes it one of the highest in the nation.
