Full Throttle 05/16/19 12:22:04 AM #1:	Do you think these parishioners are brainwashed idiots? - Results (4 votes) Yes and so is the moron judge 75% (3 votes) 3 Yes 0% (0 votes) 0 No 25% (1 vote) 1 41 y/o Former Tennessee Pasty Pastor, David Richards was facing 72 years in Prison but only got TWELVE years because dozens of his parishioners showed up in court to say NICE things about him to the judge who in turn said that David's LONGTIME MINISTRY and the SUPPORT from his "people" was enough for him to drop his sentence considerably despite the fact that he RAPED HIS 14 Y/O DAUGHTER REPEATEDLY!! Prosecutors sought the harshest punishment of 72 years but the judge felt his years as being a priest and hearing 30 witnesses say heartfelt things about him that "moved" him was enough to justify a little over a decade prison sentence and said he was a GOOD GUY who did ONE "bad thing"!! Judge Steve Sword also pointed out the fact that he had a BIBLE STUDY for fellow inmates was another factor in favour of him The girl was 16 when she finally reported the abuse by her sole guardian as Amber Richards spoke publicly after the verdict and said "I wanted to throw my body away" She was joined by her biological parents who said "Not a day goes by that i don't, in some way, think of what he did to me. I firmly believe if given the opportunity, he would victimize another girl" She told police where to find the DNA evidence is in her home and said he texted her about taking her relationship to the "next level". They found her mattress stripped bare and his phone to battery reset but recovered his DNA He claimed innocence and said his daughter made the allegations over "strict parenting" and told the court "I stand before you convicted of crimes i did not commit. I simply believe the system just erred in this case. I'm not sure why i'm here but i assume it's for His purpose" He was found guilty by a jury on 9 felony counts including rape, incest and sexual battery.
