You could get a permanent base crit rate of 28% which along with other bonuses that aren't affected by crit multiplier, gets you guaranteed crits every time with Ratslayer, Two-Step Goodbye, or Embrace of The Mantis King!, 89% of the time with Pew-Pew, 75% of the time with Christine's CoS rifle, That Gun, or Lucky, 75% of the time with Nuka Breaker, 65% of the time with YCS-186 and Gauss Rifle, and 61% of the time with Li'l Devil, Light Shining In Darkness, Paciencia, Gobi Campaign Scout rifle, etc. --- "I'm the straightest guy on this board. It also weighs less than the AMR, and fires cheaper, more common ammo.
