I saw chapters for that on mangastream a while back.

It looked interesting at least.

the beginning is interesting and a bit weird in a good way, but it ends up being ultimately disappointing. there's no payoff to the good setup. everything after that is just like... whatever. the ending is kinda nice but that's only the last two chapters. and we honestly could have gotten those chapters with the majority of the middle 30-ish chapters cut out.

there's one truly great moment around chapter 20-30 and barely anything else that happens in the entire story that I care about. then you get to chapters 49 and 50 and you're like, oh, it's over I guess.

Watched the new Titan episode. Pretty great. I don't wanna believe RIP Hange. But that was a fantastic scene and great Mikasa death stare. And I thought Titans were only going after humans to reach Reiss/the power that Eren now has, but they actually want all humans dead? Huh. Unless that's just Bertholdt. Pretty happy they showed the full Marco scene finally, if only to at least get more Annie again.

top 3 are all pretty close. Miku needing everyone else to push her to that confession kind of hurt, even if the confession itself was good, but the bait and switch made it a bit better. Yotsuba's arc has the potential to push her on top though, need to see

Yeah I agree with Koala, and Nino/Yotsuba are both very close to Miku. Ichika and Itsuki are so much lower and I will def like the series a lot less if one of them wins.

yeah I don't know the full story but I guess pushing back the official release is supposed to prevent leaks which were apparently a problem? although i never got to watch any leaks on previous weeks so I feel pretty cheated

Funimation explained that sublicensees leaked new episodes for two weeks in a row in two territories before the premieres in Japan. The licensor decided to give show materials to Funimation after the premieres of upcoming episodes in order to prevent further leaks. Therefore, new episodes will be delayed to Wednesdays "to provide enough time for each company to work on subtitles and quality control, and make sure that all territories can launch at the same time."

Looks like it'll still be Sundays after all, just a few hours later.

Attack on Titan S3P2 Episode 5. Best episode ever. Huge payoff. Now I think I get what the stuff in the final credits last season was about. Levi and Eren are gonna have to choose between reviving Armin or Erwin. And they won't agree. The problem is, there is still a beast titan in the way who can take everything from them. What an amazing show. Also Historia for a split second was great.

I know right!!! Usually I only casually watch it later on Sunday or Monday but this time I was waiting for it, which is of course the day it got really delayed.

I'd been especially waiting for last week's & this week's episodes since I read ahead in the manga after season 2 first aired. Last week's was GOAT and I've rewatched it so many times... this week's also hit all the right emotional notes. Love this show!!

Episode 6 beated. Levi, you did good. I don't think this could have been written any better. It was perfection.

In previous seasons, Erwin seemed to have some quirks that Levi didn't seem to completely agree with. Sometimes Erwin looked suspicious and Levi freaked out about the way he smiled. For so long I was expecting a heel turn and it would turn out that indeed Erwin was a bad guy and there would be a huge betrayal. And that Levi was spying on Eren, Mikasa and Armin for a reason. But it was nothing of the sort. It was all just building toward this moment right? No ulterior motives. It was just planting the seeds for Levi to make this decision so it'd make sense. It's brilliant.

118 is out. lots of great and gratifying moments.

armin finally understands everything that is going on
armin/jean showing mercy and understanding toward onyakapon
falco/gabi/colt/nile and several of the others finally get a scene where we see people on both sides showing mercy and understanding toward each other

if I look at my previous write ups from the chapters at the start of the marley arc, those above three points are like... everything I've been asking for since then. the reasonable pacifists are finally getting both factions to stop senselessly killing each other, in order to circumvent and interfere with the plans of the war obsessed idiots. bonus character development for gabi who I've really come to like a lot more over the last 5-10 chapters.

pieck's surprise attack was great at the end. and it set up the chapter to end in a way that really, really makes me want to see what happens next. zeke was pretty dominant on the battlefield up to this point. now that flow of the battle is going to change and there's still the matter of falco and whether or not zeke will shout or not.
