Solar_Crimson 11/27/18 11:54:11 AM #1:	http://worthybae.com/playstation-stream-rape/ Daniel Enrique Fabian, 18, of Pasco County, Florida was arrested last week in relation to the alleged rape of a teenage girl, after a fellow gamer claims to have overheard the suspect sexually assaulting the 15-year-old victim during a break in game-play. The assault is alleged to have occurred on June 28 this year, but it is unclear who first reported the crime to the police. The 15-year-old victim told detectives that she was sitting on Fabians bed when he covered her mouth with his hand, pushed her down and raped her at his home in New Port Richey. After the alleged assault she completed a SAVE (Sexual Assault Victim Exam) at a nearby medical center. Investigators found that the results of the examination were consistent with her account of a sexual assault and a DNA swab taken at the time subsequently identified Fabian as a suspect. The victims account of the attack appears to be supported by statements made to detectives by the gamer who had been playing online against Fabian, at the time of the alleged rape. In a sworn affidavit, the gamer claims he was playing Grand Theft Auto with Fabian when Fabian told the gamer that there was a girl at his house who he intended to smash. The men paused their game, but Fabian left his microphone on. The gamer told investigators that during the hiatus he could hear the a female voice groaning and saying no. After 15 minutes, they resumed the game. Fabian was arrested for lewd and lascivious battery/sexual activity with a victim between the ages of 12 and 15, and is being held at the Land O Lakes Detention Center. He is also charged with raping another teen on June 4th, weeks before the most recent case. Investigators found that the results of the examination were consistent with her account of a sexual assault and a DNA swab taken at the time subsequently identified Fabian as a suspect. The victims account of the attack appears to be supported by statements made to detectives by the gamer who had been playing online against Fabian, at the time of the alleged rape. In a sworn affidavit, the gamer claims he was playing Grand Theft Auto with Fabian when Fabian told the gamer that there was a girl at his house who he intended to smash. The men paused their game, but Fabian left his microphone on. The gamer told investigators that during the hiatus he could hear the a female voice groaning and saying no. After 15 minutes, they resumed the game. Fabian was arrested for lewd and lascivious battery/sexual activity with a victim between the ages of 12 and 15, and is being held at the Land O Lakes Detention Center. He is also charged with raping another teen on June 4th, weeks before the most recent case.
