I think I have 15 plats.
I'm two trophies away from a plat on a doctor who game but I didn't wanna play it for a third time and now I don't have a ps3 as it broke.

Hardest game, well the game that had me pulling my hair out was Deadpool. Beating that game on the hardest difficulty was a tough one.

I have a bunch of easy games, but they are time consuming. There's like 10 Lego games I got platinums for but they take 20-30 hours each...

I platted all Assassin Creed games before they turned the series into bad Witcher 3 clones (I can't stand them now), they are about 40-50 hours each depending on the online difficulty.

The platinums I had the most fun doing were: Watchdogs 2, Captain America (PS3) Tekken 7 (Tekken is my favorite fighting game series), AC: Black Flag and Far Cry 3.

My steam library says I have 578 games... My PS4 digital library says I have over 800 (PS3/Vita would be like 200 more).

I buy every game that comes out each week and plat the ones I really like. I try to beat a lot of the ones I don't plat too, like there are a ton of RPGs I have beaten but have nowhere near the plat (FF series, Hyperdimension series (pretty much all compile hearts games)...

Bad game design on that one is what makes it so hard.

I did my first (and only run) of that game on the hardest difficulty this past spring.

I think I'm only at like 12 or 13 plats, but I also don't touch my ps3 all that often. Haven't turned it on in probably over a year.

and i've never platinumed a game, ever. I got really close in dark souls 3, but I am not gonna farm those faction/covenant items.

I'm pretty close in tekken 7 and street fighter, but I just don't want to. there are probably a few more games that I'm probably somewhat close to doing

A few games I have 100%ed on the ps3 were before they introduced trophies, so I actually have about 20 or so plats.

I refuse to play games that require many online trophies to platinum it. I don't know why developers force the online component on completionists. You're basically putting a best before date on your game. That's why I stopped playing AC after the second one, and won't bother with GTA 4.

Yes, I'm the head IT admin for a small business, I bought a PS4 for my office for our downtime so I can play under my profile at work. Also I have two kids, the oldest being 2. At home I mostly play at night between 10pm-2am.

More than a couple. This week alone I can tell you I bought (some preordered) Spyro Trilogy, Hitman 2 (technically got it last week since I got the gold version), Let's Go Pikachu (for my daughter to play with me), Civ 6 on Switch, Battlefield V, I'm still on the fence with Fallout 76...

That poll didn't specify platinums. There are dozens of games I've earned all trophies/achievements for that didn't include a platinum trophy.

That said, I think I have only 74 platinums on my current account but I have several more across older accounts (wish Sony instituted the name change thing a few years ago...)

Most of my platinums are easy gets. I have to really enjoy a game to bother going after difficult trophies. I don't care about trophies that much. Primary reason I have as many as I do is that I play a lot of games.

the mission where you retrieve the stolen flash drive doesn't make sense. the evidence on it can no longer be used in court, chain of custody was broken. any semi-competent attorney would argue that the evidence on there was planted while out of the cops' control.

and jameson saying sable agents can't keep people out of their building during an emergency.... guess he has never heard of state of emergency

I only have 73 since I don't make a habit of grinding out games or replaying on higher difficulties. But I am a level 40 with over 11,600 trophies and 450 games played between the PS3, PS4, and Vita.

One person on my list is half a rank higher but they're playing a lot of 'filler' games off PSN. Unless I'm playing an indie a lot of my games aren't that short. Hopefully moving into the holiday season I can make some big progress. My backlog is out of control, out of room, and like 2+ years old on some games.

I mean I'm almost done with RE7, haven't touched Horizon or GoW yet, and don't have copies of Spiderman or RDR2. That's just the popular stuff.

I got sick last year and had to spend a whole month in a hospital, they gave me my own room and my wife hooked up our ps4 to the TV in my room. So that month I earned like 10 platinums. Outside of that I think I platted like 3-4 games a month on average for a good while.Since having kids though I am lucky if I platinum two games a month now. The only time I ever "cheated" was I used a code for Jak II that I didn't know unlocked trophies along with it. I just wanted to beat the final boss since I never did when I originally owned the game. I put in the level select code, and all the trophies started popping.

I currently have 28 platinums, and am working on #29.

I've been busy with other things, like being an active achievement hunter in FFXIV until a few months ago (damn Pagos).

Oh don't get me wrong, your rank is believable. All I'm saying is it's rare to see someone near my rank that isn't a team. Yeah sure, what the hell. My PSN is the same I use here.

My free time during the summer sees me game less because it's too hot up here. I did get a Gaems box this year so I don't have to switch to portables/emulation once it gets hot. Luckily outside of work I don't have other commitments to keep me from the backlog.

Like I said I don't make a habit of chasing plats unless I can get them in one playthrough. Some games are way grindy and I'd rather move to the next game rather than dig into DLC or online modes. But with that said I tend to finish all my games. Very few stinkers get set aside without at least seeing the credits, crap like Bloodborne (no bosses to be found in the first area), Hotline Miami (worst top down shooter I've tried), No More Heroes (poor collision detection and the Move was tough to use), or Evil Within (looked like a stealth game but turned into a shooter with no ammo). My completion rate is like 63% because of post release DLC. My trophy card shows I have a B rank or higher on all but 25 games.

I played Jak 2 on PS2. That was a hard game to finish. The original was a great platformer. The sequels had too much shooting and I hate using analogs in those kinds of games. Weird, codes typically don't do that.

Your world rank gave it away. I see you got some imports, that's cool. I only started getting some on the Vita and PS4. Didn't really know about Playasia and can't play anything that isn't mostly translated.

Lotta stuff I've yet to get. Been wanting to replay SotN for a long time now and almost did this summer on my RasPi. But it froze, ate my progress, didn't get back to it. On the other hand I'm not going to pay $20 for digital stuff so I wait a long time for PSN prices to drop.

I just beat Rayman Legends, got 100% in every level, got every Teensy, beat every Origins and Invasion level, but because of the way Ubisoft handled the trophies, there's pretty much no way I can get the Platinum. I need to win a game of "Kung Foot", but I have no way to play with anyone. I need to beat a friend's score in 30 of the Daily Challenges, but none of my friends even own the game (or at least none still play it).

I'm still gonna play occasionally because I want to get enough Lums to unlock the last character, but I doubt I'll ever get to the final Level of Awesomeness.

I platinumed Legends 3 or 4 times (PS3 + PS4 and two different PSN accounts) if you have a second controller you can play Kung Foot two player and just play and win against the unmanned player to get the trophy. You can add me if you want I'll gladly post some new scores for you to beat. Haven't played in a while but I love that game.

Rayman is great. Got plat on the first game. The online stuff kept me from a plat on the sequel.

My only real issue with the game itself is that the Origins levels really, really loved the Mosquito shooter gimmick. They were still fun, but I was getting sick of it by the end.
