There's no way Ridley hasn't boosted I'd say this is more on Big Boss dropping in strength. If Ridley had boosted, then that boost should have been enough to keep him stronger than Crash. I'm still not convinced n. sane trilogy boosted crash, myself. Combined with Ridley this is looking mostly like a Big Boss drop. Of course, Crash did beat Cecil and is projecting for stronger than Ridley so he did boost but like, that could be any amount of random things and not necessarily a game release.

So a compilation provided the perfect excuse to go back and revisit those games again.
