He confessed to strangling his architect mom, 46 y/o Gail Cleavenger at their home in DeBary after arguing over his "D" in school as he teamed up with his close friends from University High School, 17 y/o's Dylan Ceglarek and Brian Porras to hide her body. The chubby kid was in a furious argument over his poor grade at 11pm on Thursday night and then he woke her up at 1230am by Strangling her from her BED as he said it was a motive of "rage" She called his father, Danny, who was away on business in Seattle to tell him about the grade. He said he used a wheelbarrow to move her body into the family van and then drove to River City Church where he buried her in a fir pit. At first he drove to Daytona's Holly Hill area to dump her body but went back to find a shovel and then changed the burial ground. His 2 friends kicked his house door in and left the van's engine running to make it look like it was a break in. Police said he made a "grammy award winning phone call" to make the horrible incident sound like a home invasion His story fell apart after he said his mother dropped him off at school Friday morning but the firm where she worked at said she never showed up to work that morning. Police were suspicious of him already since he returned home from school early on the day of the murder and made the call at 3:52pm, almost immediately. He reported her missing and noted the van was left running.. They found a PS4, a computer, shovel, rifle and a broom in the area as it was one of the most disturbing scenes police discovered after interviewing the kid.
