I'd say three. For however much people bitch about the mods and the rules, it does a good job of keeping the worst of the trash out. There are many far worse communities out there (including, but not limited to, 4chan, Youtube, about two-thirds of Reddit, and literally any news site's comments section).

This place is extremely vanilla compared to literally every other community I can think of. I'd put it at a 3, the main problem is people who have hundreds of sock accounts, who really need to seek mental help.
