I think everyone has at least one thing they can't do that's fairly simple/common for others. For me, I can't juggle and can't really blow bubbles with gum.

I don't know if it's in the same category, but fwiw I can swim and ride a bike

Not sure what planet you grew up on, but being able to juggle is extremely common. I can't think of 1 person I know who can't juggle

Yeah I'm like the only person I know who can't juggle. Also it seems like the kind of skill that was pretty instinctual for the ones who can, but I feel like I couldn't learn it if I tried

I only know like 5 people who can juggle 3 things or more.

When I was a little kid I was in the kitchen with my mom and she was carrying the cutlery set. She tripped and all of a sudden the knives were flying at me. Survival instinct kicked in and before I knew it, i was juggling.

I knew a guy in high school who didn't know how to blow his nose. He would suck all the snot into his mouth and spit it out.

Anyway I also can't blow a bubble with gum. You live in a weird place if juggling is that common a skill

Also, that really loud whistling people can do with their fingers. My Dad is great at it (though his technique is weird) and I've never been able to do it even once.

I can't whistle or blow bubble gum. I can juggle but it has always been fairly rare tbh, I have taught a few people how, but even though most can learn to juggle 3 things, many don't.

Seriously, anytime I try it basically comes out as a small little bubble of air that doesn't make any sound. Of course that also means any air I swallow only has one path out of my body...

I can't roll my R's, juggle, or raise my right eyebrow without tensing my neck for some reason. And I can't do the two finger whistle, or the no finger whistle really, its pretty quiet.

But unlike most people I CAN pop almost everything including my knuckles. I can pop my hips, ankles, all of my toes, my elbows, the right side of my jaw but I think thats more because somethings wrong with it, and I can pop my wrists and knees two different ways.

Sometimes when I'm walking my big toes, ankles and knees all pop on their own and Its really annoying when it happens at night when I'm trying to be quiet :/

I couldn't do most of these for a long time. Whistling took me the longest, I actually remember when I finally figured it out and now I'm...competent (sort of?) at it. Blowing bubbles with gum took awhile too. As did snapping my fingers. Same for rolling my Rs or burping on command. Still can't whistle with my fingers but as I grew older I stop practicing these things when I'm bored. I can kinda juggle three things at once, two is super easy tbh. Still can't wiggle my ears, even though my dad can and told me how (apparently, you use muscles around your forehead, I could probably get this one if I practiced).

Of all of these, snapping fingers and blowing bubble gums is probably easiest. Snapping fingers is just pushing your middle finger and thumb together as hard as you can until your middle finger slips into your palm (you have to get the angle right). Blowing bubbles, stretch the gum out a bit against the back of your lips using your tongue, then use your tongue again to push some of it through your mouth, and blow. The wider you spread the gum, the easier it is, but the smaller bubbles you get.

Oh shit I forgot one in my post.

I couldn't blow bubbles with gum most of my life and then one day I was chewing some with a stuffy nose and did it by accident, now I'm not sure how I couldn't.

Skateboarding standing, I could never figure out how to balance standing on one, and I feel like it's one of those things that if you haven't learned it by a certain age you never will.

Anyway, I've never been able to blow bubbles with gum. I've never been great at whistling either but I can at least do it shittily

Honestly, with all the things I figured out eventually, once you do it it just kind of clicks.

I'm kinda surprised how many people can't blow bubbles with bubble gum. I didn't think that was a particularly tricky skill.

Surprisingly, I can juggle. Not well, but I can do it for a few seconds. Or at least I could when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. It's not exactly something most people practice, I think.

There's a trick to it juggling. First take one ball that you can hold in one hand. Toss it up into the air with your right, and catch it with your left. Then transfer it back to your right (don't throw it up) and repeat.

Once you've got that figured out, it's pretty easy to add the second ball. The only thing you change is that after throwing the first ball into the air, you transfer the second into your right that so you left is free to catch the ball in the air. Catch it, and repeat. Once you're to the point where you always have a hand free, you can pretty easily add more balls and truly juggle.

This is oddly familiar. I cant whistle normally, but sometimes I get a whistling like noise yawning

I didn't learn how to whistle until deep into my 20s.

Can't do clover tongue, that's it.

Wtf were all these posts that everybody can juggle? Juggling is something that takes time and effort to learn how to do
