Is that a serious question?

He supported a tax bill that he immediately bragged about telling a bunch of rich friends that he just made them all a lot richer, all paid for by the working middle class

Hes also putting people in place to strip away every rule and regulation that has ever gotten between him and earning capital regardless of what damage it does to the country or the world as a whole

IDK I did a google and clicked on one link and he's pretty high on that one:

Therefore he's high.

EDIT: I'm still waiting on Dubya to go down as the worst president in history. Seems like everytime a red gets elected they're the worst and when a blue does they're the best. I guess each party is getting worse/better with time respectively.

Recently they already surveyed 170 members of the American Political Science Association and, even though his term isn't complete yet so it isn't a fair assessment, Trump was ranked at the bottom, just barely below Buchanan overall.

In particular, here is the bottom 10 compared between democratic scholars, independent scholars, and republican scholars

Democrat Scholars
35. Taylor
36. Tyler
37. Hoover
38. A. Johnson
39. Fillmore
40. Pierce
41. Harding
42. W.H. Harrison
43. Buchanan
44. Trump

Independent
35. Hoover
36. Nixon
37. Tyler
38. Fillmore
39. Harding
40. Pierce
41. A. Johnson
42. W.H. Harrison
43. Trump
44. Buchanan

Republican
35. Garfield
36. Taylor
37. Tyler
38. Harding
39. Filmore
40. Trump
41. A. Johnson
42. Pierce
43. W.H. Harrison
44. Buchanan

So Trump, Buchanan, W.H. Harrison, Andrew Johnson, Pierce, Harding, Fillmore are common between all three in the bottom 10, Trump being the only post WW2 president of the 7.

In comparison to the top 10 for each party, Lincoln, FDR, Theodore Roosevelt and Washington are in the top 4 for each, while Jefferson, Truman, Eisenhower are also in the top 10 of each. Meanwhile the democrats had Obama, LBJ and Wilson in the top 10, indepndents had Reagan, Madison and John Adams, and republicans had Reagan, McKinley, and Jackson.

I can't even imagine how anybody could even take this list seriously. Even the Democrats LOVE Woodrow Wilson, and he was the man who forced us into World War 1 (which we had NO business of being in), had his stupid "14 points", which brought about the League of Nations (which was the precursor to the UN which is more trouble than it's worth) got us into a massive recession afterwards, and revitalized the KKK. And he got several strokes, leaving his wife to do all of the work. Not to mention the creation of the Federal Reserve System, the IRS, and the 16th and 17th amendments (the former created income tax and forced senatorial election to be by the public, rather than Congress, resulting in dysfunctional state governments).

These lists by "academics" are a joke.

Technically he set back race relations by 15-20 years, not 60. After all, the LA Riots were in 1992 and we didn't have a really good full-scale race riot until Ferguson in 2014. And Obama's tendency to very vocally blame the police before any facts were heard certainly helped to stir the pot and emboldened BLM which, in turn, was the KKK's wet dream because it helped boost their enrollment.
