40% on Charizard in 2010 in round 3, having beaten things not much better than absolute fodder on the way to that match.

In the 2013 three-way, took last place in a match with Tifa and Samus, don't remember if he beat anything notable on his way to that match.

I still don't know how to judge actual strength from four-ways, or if it's even possible, but in 2008 he made it to... round three again, where he was taken out by Crono and Pikachu.

So he generally gets respect when up against fodder, but doesn't do well when his opponents show any strength.
