There has been exactly one unequivocal instance of a social justice agenda crossing paths with stuff I'm into, and that's feminists getting outraged at James Rolfe simply telling his followers that he didn't want to see Ghostbusters. He addressed it precisely once, after the film completed its theatrical run, and that was that.

Maybe I'm biased because none of my favorite actors have been accused of sexual misconduct lately (a grand total of ONE has been in the past, with one more complicit in a notorious instance of statutory rape), and one of my favorite actresses is one of Weinstein's accusers.

Anyway, I think to an extent metoo is going a little too far, but at the same time everyone implicated should at least be made to face the consequences of their actions even if they don't necessarily deserve to have their careers ruined.

I'd give more credit to Judge's misremembering if not every single piece of media involving him shows him being a misogynistic prick.

There's also a difference between "I don't remember a party" and a flat out denial of said party ever happening. Probably because for the people that didn't experience some sort of sexual assault it was one of a million different parties.
