If I survived the initial impact, I'd probably find myself getting sad simply due to the magnitude of the change, but I think I'd be able to keep myself from completely melting down. Due to certain (not too serious) things that have happened to me out of the blue, I think I've reconciled myself to the fact that your life can get very bad very quickly for all sorts of reasons.
