not sure really. social science? trying to apply science to analyzing society I guess. wiki says "scientific study of society, patterns of social relationships, social interaction, and culture" so I guess that's not too far off.

eh... not sure. I know there's a strong link between "SJWs" and social sciences, but no direct experience of it necessarily.
